French Toast in a Mug

French toast in a cup?  Don't mind if I do!  Here's how you make it:

Cube 2 slices of bread of your choice (I used whole grain) without edges.  Melt a little butter in mug. Put bread in the mug and smoosh it down a bit.  In a separate cup or bowl: crack 1 egg, add 3 tablespoons of milk, sprinkle cinnamon and mix well.   Pour mixture over bread, smoosh again and allow mixture to soak into the bread for a minute.  Microwave for one minute, then 20 seconds at a time until egg is no longer runny.  Add syrup, fruit or whatever topping you like and enjoy!
