I have been questioned about my choice of black roses and the love of Friday the 13th so many times and here's the thing, black is beautiful and I am choosing to celebrate the positive side of the “black rose” — death of old habits, the beginning of new things, a journey into new territory, the birth of hope and joy! Always look for the positive, says the optimist.
