"You sholl is ugly." Shug Avery must have been talking about my protein pancakes. Haha! Do not hire me to flip your pancakes...they will end up ill shaped and "well done". On that note, I would like to solicit your prayers that my flipping abilities improve soon. Thank you! LOL. In the meanwhile, if you want a simple protein pancake recipe, keep reading.
Mix in a bowl or blend in a blender: 1/2 a banana, 3 strawberries, 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder and 1 egg. Pour on a greased skillet or griddle and cook on medium-high for about 2-3 minutes per side. This made a short stack of 3 pancakes but double the ingredients if you need more. Make sure your skillet isn't too hot or you'll have blackened cakes like me. Add your toppings of choice and enjoy. Quick n' easy.
