Italian Sausage Turkey Sausage Casserole

So, I took a handful of frozen hashed browns, a handful of cooked Italian turkey sausage (left over from dinner), chopped up a little white onion, a little green bell pepper, mixed them together, dumped them in a 16oz corning dish, sprinkled some cheese on top, beat 2 eggs with a little salt and pepper, poured that over the mixture, let it sit in the fridge overnight, popped it in the oven this morning on 400 degrees for 25 minutes and VOILA!
