Blueberry Couscous Breakfast



I love the looks and questions that I get in the office when preparing my food. Today's item was couscous, my first time having it and I'm happy to report that my palate was pleasantly pleased.  Here's how to make this (a single serving):

Boil water, enough to cover couscous.  Pour 1/2 cup of couscous in a bowl and cover with boiling water.  Cover with a plate or another bowl for 5 minutes.  Remove cover and fluff couscous with fork.  Top with milk (I used almond milk), jam (I used grape), brown sugar and berries.  Different, easy and healthy.
