For cabbage: spray baking sheet with non stick spray, remove thick outer leaves, cut into 1 inch slices, mix olive oil and minced garlic in a bowl, brush mixture over both sides of cabbage steaks and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes flipping half way.
For taters: peel and cut into pieces, coat with olive oil, bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, flipping halfway thru.
