Italian Sausage, Aparagus & Cherry Tomatoes over Quinoa

...and late night dinner is served. This was soooo good.

Brown sausage. Set aside. Cook asparagus, onion and add halved tomatoes last. I threw in a little minced garlic. Cook quinoa (I used rosemary & olive oil flavor) according to package directions. Plate, serve and thank me later!
