Avocado-nother recipe for ya! Haha. Its breakfast guacamole! Take half of an avocado, 1/4 cup of plain non fat greek yogurt, a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, and squeeze of lemon juice, mash it up, spread on multigrain toast, sprinkle with parsley flakes and enjoy. Quick easy, healthy and delicious. I REALLY liked this! Yum!
