If at first you don't scone, bake and bake again! So, this is my second attempt at making scones and this time, I think I got it right! I followed the recipe over at:
http://coloradobasiks.com/2013/03/12/sausage-and-spinach-scones/ subbing the sausage for bacon and the sour cream with non fat greek yogurt. Turned out quite good. Even my coworker said so! Yay!
