Pineappleberry Make-Ahead Oatmeal Parfait

On any given morning, you can find me running around like crazy trying to get out of the house and everyone to their destination on time. I know that preparation is key but I'm a procrastinator who works well under pressure, so last minute breakfast is usually the norm. This morning however, was a tad bit different because I PREpared *gasp* this grab and go, yummy little breakfast. You can make it too! Here's what you need:

Ingredients:

1 6oz. Greek yogurt cup, any flavor or plain
1/3 cup of Old Fashioned Oats
2 teaspoons of milk, any kind
1 cup of fruit of your choice (fresh or frozen)

To make:
In a bowl combine yogurt (I used Chobani Pineapple), oats and milk (I used almond). Stir until mixed well. Place about half of the yogurt mixture in a mason jar or air tight container. Add in half of the fruit (I used fresh strawberries and frozen blueberries) then top off with the remaining yogurt mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Wake up, grab, go and enjoy!

I read that these stay good good for up to 3 days in the fridge, so get creative layer up 2 or 3 of these and have breakfast for days. It wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be but tasty nonetheless and VERY filling, I couldn't eat the whole thing.
