In a rush? Like muffins? Have a microwave? No worries! Grab these 5 ingredients and make a Berries and Oats Microwave Muffin. Here's how to make it.
Add 1/4 cup quick oats (I used bananas & cream flavor), 1 egg, a handful of berries (I used strawberries) and a sprinkling
of brown sugar to a mug and mix until evenly combined. Microwave on high
for 1 minute, remove to take a look, and keep cooking for 30 seconds at
a time until the muffin looks firm. Flip it out on a saucer or enjoy straight from the mug. Quick easy and delicious!!!
If you're a texture person like me, let me warn you that it will appear a little "wet" and mushy but after sitting for a few seconds it "dries" up. Enjoy!
