Charlie of the bar chord Guest Bartends at Dinner 9 of the LA Food Prize

Late post, but I meant to talk about the guest bartender at the Louisiana Food Prize dinner Wednesday night. Charlie of the bar chord whipped up two featured cocktails for the evening. I indulged in the Watermelon Picosita - watermelon and jalapeƱo infused tequila, orange liqueur, agave & lime.  This sweet and spicy number had a kick to it! I also had the other featured drink, the Cucumber Mojito - muddled cucumber, mint, agave, lime and soda. Forgot to get pictures of him making that one.  It was good also, a not too sweet, refreshing taste with chunks of cucumber.  Mmmm!
