day 19/30 - where i slept [sorta]

I dont always rest well and last night was unfortunately one of those nights. I tossed and turned, it was hot and needless to say I woke up not well rested at all. When my grandma was alive she would to tell me to place pan of water under the bed and that would stop my night sweats...as silly as it sounds, I'm kind of out of options and might just give it a try! Stay tuned...
