For Christmas, I asked Santa Claus for a journal; somewhere I could physically house all of the rants, raves, ideas and buffoonery that conveniently share space in my head. So, for a bit of encouragement in getting my writing wheels turning on a consistent basis, I found this neat little motivational tool called 30 Days of Blogging that gives you a a different topic to write about everyday for 30 days. So here we go...
Day 1: "Something you hate about yourself"
I hate that I'm self - conscious.
My philosophy has always been, arrive early and let the crowd walk in on you rather than arrive late and you walk in on the crowd. Reason being is I can feel their eyes on me when I walk into the room. LOL! I know...who do I think I am that anyone even cares about my presence enough to stop what they're doing to look at me just because i walked into the room? Actually, it's quite funny now that I realize how important this character flaw makes me think I am.
