Day 2: Something You Love About Yourself
Since my generation (under 35) has been dubbed as Generation Me, how ever so fitting is this topic?!? Social networking has made it easier than ever to put our once ,very private narcassim on front street via Facebook Myspace, Twitter and YouTube with photo albums full of our own faces as well as documenting our every move, and everyone cares because, its all about YOU, right???
Believe me, I am not pointing fingers because I also stand guilty of "checking in" on Facebook, tweeting and posting my status during the day. But its done in harmless fun, to make someone smile or share a funny/embarrassing moment. Which brings me to what I love about myself; my uncanning ability to be silly. Yes, I'm admitting that I am silly and love to laugh, at myself and at just about anything that's intended to be humorous.
I think laughter is the best medicine. Instead of complaining about life's frustrations, try to laugh about them. If something is so frustrating or depressing it's ridiculous, realize that you could 'look back on it and laugh.'
