Breakfast: Eggo waffle with a dollop of strawberry cream cheese
Lunch: Leftovers from dinner last night,
penne pasta with spinach & sausage and corn on the cob
Dinner: Pork chops, rice and gravy, garden vegetable mix and french bread.
Whew, this cooking everyday is getting tough! Yeah i know its only day 2! But I must admit that I am extremely proud of myself. Maybe this challenge will become a permanent change? Stay tuned.
