2018 has been good to me. I have honestly tried to live my best life, which didn’t always equate to my healthiest life. I fully ignored signs of newfound food allergies and intolerances, until it got to the point of literally being afraid of everything that I put into my mouth.
I needed a reset button, a back to the basics, a come to Jesus moment.
