Burn Baby Burn!
So I opted out of my first thoughts of the "anorexia with a touch of bulimia diet" and decided to instead go with the old fashion "burn more calories than you take in diet". One tough decision I tell ya, being that I eat out almost everyday...I'm going to have A LOT of burning to do! If it weren't for fast food drivethru's, carside to go's and carryout, I would have perished from starvation, so I've got to make some SERIOUS life changes and start preparing low calorie at home meals if I don't plan on moving into the gym!
Not that I always make bad choices when getting it to go, but can you really eat healthy and loose weight always eating out? They want us to believe (because I'm not 100% convinced) that Jared from Subway did it, but my palette requires a bit more variety than one measly sandwich shop. But today since my palette wasn't being a diva, for lunch, Subway it is!
On the menu: 6" flat bread sandwich with grilled chicken, spinach, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion and honey mustard.

I would have continued to opt for the "anorexia with a touch of bulimia diet!" No, really just kidding, but life style changes are tough, and I completely commend you on your decision to make those changes! Cool beans.
